Read our guide below so that you\u2019re informed before you make any decisions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Advantages of selling your house to a developer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>No property chain<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When selling your house to a developer, you can save a lot of time because there isn\u2019t a chain involved. You also avoid all the cleaning and tidying that has to be done before viewings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>No home improvements<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save time and money by not having to prepare your home for going on the market.
